“Most companies wait until something happens. We would rather run the process early, for our own team as much as for our customers.”

What this means for your business

Every business is exposed to psychosocial risk, whatever its size or industry. Knowing the law is a good start, and so is a healthy culture, but neither is a defence on its own. What protects a business is being able to show how it identifies and manages these risks, and having the right insurance in place if something still goes wrong.
