What is Committee Liability (Strata) | Insurance glossary by upcover

Committee Liability cover pays legal defence costs and damages if a strata committee member is sued over a decision made while managing the scheme. It is also called office bearers liability cover. State laws also protect committee members from personal liability when they act in good faith and within their role, though the rules differ by state.
