Inquiry Legal Costs (Allied Health)

The necessary and reasonable legal costs and expenses incurred by or on behalf of an Insured, typically requiring the insurer's prior written consent, in investigating, preparing for, and attending any Inquiry. May include representation costs before AHPRA, registration boards, tribunals, coroners, and similar bodies. Generally excludes: the Insured's regular wages, salary, or overhead expenses; compensation payments; and third-party legal costs. Cover is usually subject to a sub-limit and may require a separate excess.
