Known Claims (Allied Health)

Any Claim or Inquiry that: (a) was first made, served, threatened, or intimated against the Insured prior to the Period of Insurance; and/or (b) was disclosed or reported to any insurer under any prior insurance policy. Known Claims are excluded from cover under claims-made Allied Health PI policies, as they should have been notified under the policy in force at the time the Claim was first made or threatened. This exclusion operates alongside the Known Circumstances exclusion.
