Land Slip (Property)

Land slip, also called landslide, is the movement of soil, rock, or debris down a slope that damages insured property. Heavy rainfall, erosion, or earthquakes can trigger a land slip. Property insurance often covers land slip damage, but it may exclude slips caused by human activity or slips that affect only the land, without damaging any building.
