What is Malicious Damage | Insurance glossary by upcover

Malicious damage is harm to insured property caused on purpose by someone other than the insured. It includes vandalism and graffiti. Property insurance usually covers malicious damage. It excludes harm caused by the insured, family members, tenants, or others allowed on site.
