Professional Registration Breach Exclusion

An exclusion for Claims or Inquiries arising from professional services provided at a time when the Insured: (a) was not registered to practise and such registration is required under Australian legislation (including AHPRA registration); or (b) was not permitted to provide such services under the terms, conditions, undertakings, or limitations of their professional registration. This is a fundamental Allied Health PI exclusion reflecting AHPRA regulatory requirements and the importance of practising within registration scope.
