Physical Injury

A naturopath prescribes an incorrect herbal medicine for a pregnant client leading to premature labour, resulting in the child being born with some birth defects and suspected ongoing learning difficulties.

Abuse excludes cover for any insurance claim that might arise from actual or alleged verbal, physical, sexual abuse, molestation, assault, battery or violence.

Dishonest / wilful acts

Dishonest and/or wilful acts exclude cover for any insurance claim that might arise from dishonest, fraudulent or criminal acts.

Alcohol and Drugs

This excludes cover for any insurance claim that might arise from use of alcohol, illegal drugs, narcotics and intoxicants
